What to have ready
- An email you check, or a Google, Telegram or Cwallet account for the one-tap route.

The sign-up pop-up, field by field

Claiming the welcome bonus

KYC and verification
You can sign up and deposit without uploading anything. Three sign-up errors and the fix
- The sign-up doesn’t complete. If a verification email is sent and nothing arrives, check spam and the spelling; if the Google or Telegram pop-up closes without logging you in, your browser blocked the pop-up: allow it and tap again. - “Email already registered.” You have an account. Don’t create another: duplicates are closed and the bonus voided. Switch to the Sign In tab and use Forgot Password, or the same Google, Telegram or Cwallet button you used before.
- The balance is in the wrong currency. There’s no currency field, so this means you deposited crypto and the wallet shows that coin, or you changed the display currency. Pick PHP (or the coin) in the wallet switcher. And never send a coin on a network the deposit page didn’t list; it won’t arrive.
