Our verdict
Betwinner is a bookmaker that grew a casino, and it treats the Philippines as a real market. When we opened betwinner.com from a Philippine connection (it lands on the betwinner3.com mirror), the sign-up box was already set to Philippines, Philippine peso and +63, every promo was priced in ₱, and the payments page had a Philippines tab with GCash, PayMaya and bank transfer on it.
The headline offer is a ₱86,500 + 150 free spins casino package over four deposits, at 35x the bonus and from ₱550. Sports bettors can take 100% up to ₱6,000 instead. After that come the weekly extras: a 100% Thursday reload, a 50% Monday bonus up to ₱21,117, 3% sports cashback, an 8-level casino cashback and a steady run of slot tournaments.
The casino side is bigger than you’d expect from a sportsbook: a live lobby from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play (Crazy Time, the Super Color Game, Teen Patti, speed baccarat), a slots lobby with JILI’s Fortune Gems 2, Plinko and Tower, and a free demo on every tile. The sportsbook itself had 700+ live events when we tested, with Dota 2 and CS2 esports and TOTO pools.
What holds it back: the casino bonus must be cleared in 7 days at a ₱275 max bet, the official domain redirects to a mirror, and reviews on withdrawals are mixed (casino.guru rates it Above average, 7.6; AskGamblers 5.5/10). That makes it 3.5/5 durians, Ripe: a strong one-account pick for Pinoy bettors who verify early and deposit in sensible chunks.
Can Filipinos play at Betwinner?
Yes. Betwinner runs a proper Philippine setup:
- The sign-up form pre-selects the Philippines and PHP, and the quick registration asks for a +63 number with an SMS code.
- The payments page has a Philippines country tab listing GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, VA (virtual account), Visa, Mastercard and 45 cryptocurrencies.

How the wagering works
- 35x the bonus amount, within 7 days of activation. Example: deposit ₱1,000, get a ₱1,000 bonus, and wager ₱1,000 × 35 = ₱35,000 in a week, or about ₱5,000 a day.
- The maximum bet while wagering is ₱275.
- Win Games bets count double toward wagering (blackjack doesn’t).
- The free spins unlock after that deposit’s bonus is wagered.
- The next deposit bonus only comes after the previous one is cleared. Deposit too early and that deposit won’t count toward the package.

The mobile site keeps a sports icon rail down the left, the phone sign-up box with +63 already set, and the bet slip a tap away. - GCash and Maya are listed, with limits. Since the BSP’s August 2025 delinking order, e-wallets no longer connect to gambling sites directly, so the cashier after login shows exactly how a GCash or Maya payment routes. Our GCash casinos and Maya casinos pages track that per brand.
- Withdraw the way you deposited. The T&Cs require cashouts to the same payment details you used to deposit, in proportion if you used several methods.
- Bet your deposit once first. Before a withdrawal, your stakes must add up to your deposits at odds of 1.1 or higher; opposite-outcome bets on roulette, baccarat and dice don’t count.
