How to register at Winna

Winna is open to Pinoy players: its help center names the Philippines as a supported country. Sign-up is one of the shortest we’ve tested, just three fields:

1. Open Winna through our link and tap Sign Up.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Pick a username.
4. Set a password with at least 8 characters, using numbers.
5. Add a referral code if you have one (optional).
6. Tick “I agree with the Terms of Service and I am 18+” and tap Create an Account.

Prefer one tap? Use the Google or Telegram button under the form. There’s no country or currency field, because your balance is in crypto, not pesos.

Do this right after sign-up: turn on 2FA in your profile. Your balance is crypto, and crypto sent out of your account can’t be pulled back, so the extra login step is worth it.

How to log in, and fixing login problems

Login sits next to Sign Up at the top right, and the sign-up form has an “Already have an account? Login to Account” link. Under the form you’ll also see “Or login with” Google and Telegram.

Can’t get in? Check these:

• Signed up with Google or Telegram? Use the same button again. You never set a Winna password, so typing one won’t work.
• Forgot your password. Message 24/7 live chat, or email [email protected] from the address on your account.
• 2FA turned on? Have your code ready before you start logging in.
• Looking for the app? There isn’t one. Winna runs on the mobile site, so don’t install a “Winna app” file that someone sends you. Log in through the browser instead.
• Links from strangers. Log in only through the official site. Use our link, not one from a group chat.

How to cash-in (deposit)

Winna is crypto-only. There’s no GCash, Maya or peso wallet, and since August 2025 the BSP has ordered e-wallets to cut their links to gambling sites anyway. Here’s what you can use:

Step by step: cash-in from GCash via GCrypto

This is the route for GCash users. Simple lang, as long as you match the network:

1. Set up GCrypto. In the GCash app, go to GInvest → GCrypto. You need to be 18+, Fully Verified and have a verified email.
2. Top up your Trading Wallet from your GCash balance with the amount you want to play.
3. Buy USDT on Tron (TRC-20). The minimum order is 1 USDT.
4. Copy your Winna address. In Winna, open Wallet → Deposit, pick USDT and the TRC-20 network, and copy the address.
5. Send. In GCrypto, tap USDT → Send, paste the address, double-check the network and confirm.
6. Play. The USDT shows up in your Winna balance once the blockchain confirms, usually within minutes.

Durian tip: TRC-20 in GCrypto, TRC-20 in Winna. Crypto sent on the wrong network can’t be reversed, so do a small test send the first time. And send in one go: network fees are charged per transfer, so one ₱1,500 cash-in costs less in fees than five ₱300 ones.

How to cash-out (withdraw)

Dito talaga lumalakas ang Winna. There’s no bank in the middle, so crypto payouts are quick:

1. Bet each deposit 1x first. Winna’s terms require 1x turnover on every deposit before you withdraw. It’s a standard anti-money-laundering rule, not bonus wagering.
2. Open Wallet → Withdraw, pick your coin and the network, and paste your receiving address.
3. Enter at least $20 and check the network fee Winna shows before you confirm.
4. Confirm. Winna processes it instantly on its side; then the blockchain confirms. AskGamblers lists 0–24 hours in total.

Limits and fees: the cap is $10,000 per 24 hours (your VIP host can raise it), and you only pay the network fee. USDT on TRC-20 or Solana usually has the lowest fees.

Cash-out to GCash

1. In GCrypto, tap USDT → Receive, choose Tron (TRC-20) and copy your address.
2. In Winna, withdraw USDT on TRC-20 to that address.
3. When it lands, Sell the USDT for pesos in GCrypto. The pesos go to your Trading Wallet.
4. Tap Withdraw on the GCrypto dashboard to move them to your GCash wallet.
