Short answer: yes, Megapari is legit, with care. Why the missing number matters: a licence number is something you can look up. Megapari names its operator and its licensor, which is more than many brands serving the Philippines do, but we’d like to see the number printed, and we say so in the review. It’s an offshore licence, not PAGCOR; check your local rules before you play. The Philippines isn’t on the restricted list in Megapari’s terms.
