One time zone, three countries
Here’s the good news before the tables: Singapore Time (SGT), Malaysia Time (MYT) and Philippine Time (PHT) are all UTC+8, and none of the three countries uses daylight saving. A draw at 10:59am in Singapore is 10:59am in Kuala Lumpur and 10:59am in Manila, all year round.
What does change is the other end. The US and Europe move their clocks twice a year, so their draw times in Asia shift by an hour each time. In 2026:
- Europe leaves summer time on Sunday 25 October.
- The US leaves daylight saving time on Sunday 1 November.
That means a week, from 28 October to 1 November, when the European draws have moved but the American ones haven’t. Most lottery sites quote draw times only in ET or CET and leave you to do the maths. This page does it for you.
International jackpots in SGT, MYT and PHT
The big US draws land in the late morning in Asia; the European ones land in the small hours.
| Draw | Local draw time | Days in SGT/MYT/PHT | Time now | Time after the clock change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Powerball | Mon, Wed, Sat 10:59pm ET | Tue, Thu, Sun | 10:59am | 11:59am from 3 Nov |
| Mega Millions | Tue, Fri 11:00pm ET | Wed, Sat | 11:00am | 12:00pm from 4 Nov |
| EuroMillions | Tue, Fri about 9:05pm Paris | Wed, Sat | about 3:05am | about 4:05am from 28 Oct |
| EuroJackpot | Tue, Fri 8:00pm German time | Wed, Sat | 2:00am | 3:00am from 28 Oct |
| SuperEnalotto | Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat 8:00pm Italy | Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun | 2:00am | 3:00am from 28 Oct |
Two notes on precision. FDJ in France puts the EuroMillions draw at about 9:05pm Paris time, with results online around 9:45pm, but other sources say about 8:45pm, so treat that one as approximate. And English Wikipedia lists EuroJackpot’s Tuesday draw at 8:15pm German time, which would make it 2:15am (3:15am in winter) in Asia.
The October–November 2026 clock changes, draw by draw
This is where most players get caught out. Here’s the last draw on summer time and the first on winter time for each lottery, all in SGT/MYT/PHT:
| Draw | Last summer-time draw | First winter-time draw | Shift |
|---|---|---|---|
| EuroJackpot | Sat 24 Oct, 2:00am | Wed 28 Oct, 3:00am | +1 hour |
| EuroMillions | Sat 24 Oct, about 3:05am | Wed 28 Oct, about 4:05am | +1 hour |
| SuperEnalotto | Sun 25 Oct, 2:00am | Wed 28 Oct, 3:00am | +1 hour |
| Mega Millions | Sat 31 Oct, 11:00am | Wed 4 Nov, 12:00pm | +1 hour |
| Powerball | Sun 1 Nov, 10:59am | Tue 3 Nov, 11:59am | +1 hour |
Worked example: you’re in Manila and play EuroMillions and Powerball. On Wednesday 28 October, EuroMillions lands at about 4:05am PHT, already on the new time. But Thursday 29 October’s Powerball is still at 10:59am PHT, and so is Sunday 1 November’s. Only from Tuesday 3 November does Powerball move to 11:59am. If you set alarms or check results by habit, that’s the week to double-check.
The clocks swing back in spring. Under the current rules, the US moves forward on 14 March 2027 and Europe on 28 March 2027, after which every international draw returns to its earlier summer time in Asia.
Local draws: TOTO, 4D and PCSO
Southeast Asia’s own draws are evening affairs, and they never change with the seasons.
| Draw | Days | Time (SGT/MYT/PHT) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore TOTO | Mon, Thu | 6:30pm | Plus special Friday draws around Chinese New Year, early January and August |
| Singapore 4D | Wed, Sat, Sun | 6:30pm | |
| Da Ma Cai 1+3D | Wed, Sat, Sun | 7:00pm | Special draws usually on a Tuesday at 7:00pm |
| Magnum 4D | Wed, Sat, Sun | Evening | Online 4D sections close bets at 7:00pm |
| Sports Toto 4D | Wed, Sat, Sun | Evening | Online 4D sections close bets at 7:00pm |
| PCSO Ultra Lotto 6/58 | Tue, Fri, Sun | 9:00pm | |
| PCSO Grand Lotto 6/55 | Mon, Wed, Sat | Evening | 9:00pm is PCSO’s major-lotto slot; check PCSO for 6/55 |
Magnum and Sports Toto don’t publish a draw time on the official pages we could read, so we show the 7:00pm cut-off that casino 4D sections use instead. MD88’s bet panel, for example, lists Magnum, Da Ma Cai, Toto, Sabah and Sarawak at 7:00pm and Singapore at 6:30pm.
A week of draws on Singapore, Malaysia and Philippine time
Put it all together and almost every day has a draw. This is the weekly rhythm until the clock changes (add one hour to the international times from 28 Oct for Europe and 3–4 Nov for the US):
| Day | Small hours | Late morning | Evening |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | — | — | 6:30pm TOTO · Grand Lotto 6/55 |
| Tuesday | — | 10:59am Powerball | 9:00pm Ultra Lotto 6/58 |
| Wednesday | 2:00am EuroJackpot, SuperEnalotto · about 3:05am EuroMillions | 11:00am Mega Millions | 6:30pm Singapore 4D · 7:00pm Da Ma Cai · Magnum, Sports Toto · Grand Lotto 6/55 |
| Thursday | — | 10:59am Powerball | 6:30pm TOTO |
| Friday | 2:00am SuperEnalotto | — | 9:00pm Ultra Lotto 6/58 |
| Saturday | 2:00am EuroJackpot, SuperEnalotto · about 3:05am EuroMillions | 11:00am Mega Millions | 6:30pm Singapore 4D · 7:00pm Da Ma Cai · Magnum, Sports Toto · Grand Lotto 6/55 |
| Sunday | 2:00am SuperEnalotto | 10:59am Powerball | 6:30pm Singapore 4D · 7:00pm Da Ma Cai · Magnum, Sports Toto · 9:00pm Ultra Lotto 6/58 |
Wednesday and Saturday are the big days: three European jackpots before dawn, Mega Millions before lunch and a full 4D evening. Monday is the only day without an international draw.
Durian tip: Set your reminders in your own time zone, never in ET or CET. Buy international lines the evening before, since online services close sales ahead of the draw, and you’ll never miss a cut-off because of a clock change on the other side of the world.
How to convert any draw time yourself
If you meet a draw that isn’t on this page, two rules cover almost everything:
- US Eastern time (ET) to SGT/MYT/PHT: add 12 hours while the US is on daylight saving time (mid-March to early November), or 13 hours in winter. The result is usually the next day.
- Central European time (Paris, Rome, Berlin) to SGT/MYT/PHT: add 6 hours in European summer time (late March to late October), or 7 hours in winter.
Worked example: Mega Millions draws at 11:00pm ET on Friday. In summer, 11:00pm + 12 hours is 11:00am on Saturday in Asia; in winter, + 13 hours makes it 12:00pm on Saturday. SuperEnalotto draws at 8:00pm in Rome: + 6 hours is 2:00am the next day in summer, + 7 hours is 3:00am in winter.
When to check the results
Knowing the draw time is half the job; the other half is knowing when the numbers are actually out.
- Powerball and Mega Millions: results appear on the official sites shortly after the draw, so a quick look at lunchtime in Asia is enough. Check powerball.com and megamillions.com.
- EuroMillions: FDJ puts the results online about 40 minutes after the draw, so roughly 3:45am now and 4:45am from 28 Oct. In practice, it’s a breakfast check on Wednesday and Saturday.
- EuroJackpot and SuperEnalotto: also a breakfast check, on Wednesday and Saturday for EuroJackpot and four mornings a week for SuperEnalotto.
- TOTO, 4D and PCSO: evening results, from 6:30pm for Singapore Pools’ draws, 7:00pm for Da Ma Cai and 9:00pm for Ultra Lotto 6/58.
If you play through an online service, many show the result against your own lines in your account, but the official site is always the final word. A rule worth keeping: a result you see on social media or a forwarded message isn’t official until it matches the operator’s own page.
Worked example: a Kuala Lumpur player with a EuroJackpot line, a Mega Millions line and a Da Ma Cai number for Saturday checks EuroJackpot over breakfast (drawn at 2:00am MYT), Mega Millions at lunch (drawn at 11:00am MYT) and Da Ma Cai after dinner (drawn at 7:00pm MYT). Three draws, one day, no late nights.
How to play these draws online from Asia
International jackpots. There are no official outlets for the US or European draws in Southeast Asia, so players use one of two kinds of online service:
- theLotter, a ticket messenger, buys official tickets for Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, EuroJackpot and SuperEnalotto on your behalf and scans them to your account before the draw.
- Lottoland, a lottery-betting site, takes bets on the official results and pays prizes itself, with jackpots insured. It’s licensed in Gibraltar and by the UK Gambling Commission, and it also lists Hong Kong’s Mark Six.
We couldn’t confirm that either accepts players from every Southeast Asian country, so check your country is accepted at sign-up before you deposit.
Malaysian and Singapore 4D. Casino 4D sections let you bet on the official results from one account:
- UWIN33 has a full 4D section with results and payout tables for Magnum, Sports Toto, Da Ma Cai, Singapore 4D, Sabah 88, Cash Sweep and STC 4D, from RM1 (RM2 for 4D Jackpot). It has a 4D tab for Singapore players too.
- MD88 has an EKOR Lottery tab that lists each draw’s cut-off time, as shown above. It’s for Malaysian players. Its Lucky Hari Hari, 9Winbox and Perdana Lottery draws are its own daily games, not official Malaysian results.
Philippine lotto formats. BK8 has a peso Lottery tab with Youbetlotto games in the 6/42 to 6/58 formats and quick draws every 1, 3 or 5 minutes. They’re BK8’s provider games, not PCSO tickets.
The official routes are simple too: Singapore Pools sells TOTO and 4D online to over-21s in Singapore, Da Ma Cai sells online through dmcGO in Malaysia (for non-Muslims aged 21 and over), and PCSO tickets are sold at authorised lotto outlets across the Philippines.
Lotteries are games of chance with long odds, so set a budget for the week’s draws and stick to it. If it stops being fun, our responsible gambling page can help.
