How a PayNow casino deposit works

The cashier looks a bit different at each casino, but the steps are the same:

Log in and open Deposit.
Choose PayNow. GOD55 also offers PayNow QR.

Pay from your bank app (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB and the rest), either by scanning the QR or by transferring to the details shown in the cashier. Pay the exact amount.
Keep the transaction reference. UWIN33 says deposits take 3–5 minutes, and uploading your bank slip speeds things up.
Claim your bonus before you play. At GOD55, Maxim88 and BK8, you transfer funds to the game wallet and pick the promo code there.

Two rules that keep you safe. Pay only to the details shown in the cashier of your own logged-in account, never to an account someone sends you on WhatsApp or Telegram. And never use a friend’s bank account or lend yours; payouts only go to an account in your own name anyway.

How the money comes back

PayNow gets money in quickly. Getting it out ah, that depends on a few rules:

Same name. UWIN33 only pays to a bank account in your own name, and your sign-up name must match it.
Same route. UWIN33 withdraws by the same method as your latest deposit, and me88 pays out in the currency you deposited.
Play it once. me88 and UWIN33 need 1x turnover on a deposit before you can withdraw it.
Daily limits. GOD55’s VIP page allows SGD 20,000 a day for Normal members (its T&Cs say SGD 3,000 for Bronze), Maxim88 and me88 SGD 30,000, and UWIN33 and AW8 SGD 50,000. BK8 publishes VIP limits from SGD 40,000 a day, but not a regular-member limit.

PayNow problems and quick fixes

Credit hasn’t landed. Send the transaction reference or a screenshot of the transfer to live chat. UWIN33 asks you to upload the bank slip to speed things up.
Bonus didn’t apply. Most welcome bonuses have to be claimed before you play. Maxim88’s welcome offers are only for members who haven’t joined any other promotion, so pick yours before the first deposit.
Can’t claim the welcome offer at GOD55. Its welcome bonus is for new members with a valid Singapore mobile number and a Singapore bank account.
Withdrawal held. Check two things: your bank account name matches your casino account, and you’ve played your deposit through at least once.
