Who JILI is, and why Malaysian lobbies lead with it
Open the slot lobby at almost any Malaysian casino and the first row looks the same: Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Money Coming, Boxing King. All of them come from JILI, a Manila-based studio that has become the Southeast Asian answer to Pragmatic Play. On GOD55’s Malaysian site, JILI’s lobby was the busiest corner when we visited; Megapari gives it a page of its own; DK88’s 64-studio slot list is led by JILI, Fa Chai and Pragmatic Play. If you’ve seen the games listed under TaDa Gaming on an international review site, that’s JILI’s brand for overseas markets: same games.
Why the loyalty? JILI games are built for a phone held in one hand on the LRT: fast rounds, big readable symbols, mechanics you grasp in three spins, and a house style that leans towards high RTP and low-to-medium volatility, which suits a RM50 session better than a European high-volatility grinder. Add the fishing games JILI makes for the same lobbies and you have one studio covering most of what a Malaysian slot player opens in a week.

Notice the pattern: ten of the eleven sit at or near 97%, and seven are low-to-medium volatility. That’s the JILI house style, and it’s why a RM100 budget tends to last longer on Super Ace than on a 96% high-volatility slot. For what volatility does to your budget, see our slot volatility guide.
Golden Cards, Jokers and combo multipliers: the Super Ace family
Super Ace is JILI’s signature, and its two ideas run through Mega Ace and Wild Ace too.
Golden Cards. Golden versions of the regular card symbols can land on reels 2, 3 and 4. When a Golden Card is part of a win, it doesn’t vanish with the rest of the winning symbols. It flips on the spot and becomes a Joker, which is a wild, so the next cascade starts with a wild already sitting on the middle reels. A Little Joker turns only its own position wild; a Big Joker also turns one to four random cards on reels 2 to 5 wild. A Big Joker mid-chain on a 1,024-ways grid is the moment Super Ace players wait for.
Combo multiplier. Every win in a spin clears the winning cards, new ones fall in, and any fresh win pays more than the last:

Three or more scatters give 10 free spins in Super Ace, with the ladder doubled to x2, x4, x6 and x10, and three scatters during the round add five more with no limit on retriggers. That’s where the game’s bigger wins live: a long chain with a couple of Jokers on the grid pays twice what the same chain would in the base game.
Mega Ace puts the same Golden Cards on a 6x6, 46,656-ways grid with a +50% Extra Bet and a feature buy; Wild Ace drops the Jokers and instead turns J, Q, K and A wild after 2, 5, 8 and 11 wins in a chain. If you like Super Ace, those are the natural next spins.
Multiplier reels and win-what-you-see: Fortune Gems, Money Coming, Crazy777
JILI’s other great idea is a fourth reel that doesn’t hold symbols. It holds multipliers or features, it spins in sync with the main reels, and whatever stops in the centre applies to that spin’s win.
Fortune Gems is the clean version. Three reels, five fixed lines, and a side reel with 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x and 15x. A modest red-gem line worth 4x your bet becomes a 60x hit if the reel stops on 15x; a 15x on a losing spin does nothing. There are no free spins at all, so the multiplier reel is the entire game, and the max win is a modest 375x. Flip the Extra Bet switch and your stake rises 50%: the 1x disappears from the reel (every win pays at least 2x) and the reel is weighted towards 10x and 15x. No official RTP is published for Extra Bet mode, so treat it as a different feel rather than a better deal, and remember that 200 spins at RM1 cost RM300 with Extra Bet on, not RM200.
Fortune Gems 2 keeps the reel and adds a Lucky Wheel that always pays, up to 1,000x, which lifts the max win to 10,000x. Fortune Gems 3 adds split symbols worth x2 or x3 that stack on top of the reel multiplier and a 10,125x ceiling, at the price of higher volatility and, at some casinos, a 94.45% version (more on that below).
Money Coming takes the idea to its simplest form: three number reels, one line, and the number you see is the win. Land 10, 0, 0 and the line reads 1,000; the fourth-reel Special Wheel then adds 2x, 5x or 10x, an All Respin, or a scatter that opens a Lucky Wheel JILI bills as “100% winning”. Higher bet levels unlock more of the wheel (the 10x from a bet of 10 in JILI’s preview, the richer red wheel from 50), and the game tells you what the next level unlocks. Bigger bets cost more on every losing spin too, and no RTP per bet level is published, so pick a level you could afford for a few hundred spins.
Crazy777 is the retro cousin: 7s and BARs on one line, with a special reel that adds x2, x5, x10, a $+ or $$+ cash prize, or 1 to 5 respins that repeat the winning line. The special reel only counts when the main reels have made a line win, so a 10x under a blank line pays nothing.
Durian tip: On every multiplier-reel game, the win and the multiplier have to land on the same spin, so a session is a string of small hits waiting for one coincidence. Budget for it: at RM0.50 a spin, RM100 buys 200 chances at that coincidence on Fortune Gems, and about 133 with Extra Bet on.
Free spins, stacked Wilds and buffalo multipliers
Not every JILI slot is a quick-fire multiplier game. Three of the titles we review are built around a proper bonus round.
Boxing King stacks full-reel Wilds on reels 3 and 4 in the base game, cascades every win, and gives 8, 12 or 20 free spins in which Wilds can stack on reels 2 to 5 and the combo multiplier climbs to x8 (JILI presents the ladder as the free-spins feature; some databases say it runs in the base game too, so check the rules screen). Bell symbols add up to five more spins.
Charge Buffalo is the closest JILI gets to a Western-style free-spins slot: 4,096 ways, 8, 15, 25 or 100 free spins for 3, 4, 5 or 6 scatters (the jump from 25 to 100 is the game’s biggest moment), retriggers from just two scatters, and Wilds that carry x2, x3 or x5 multipliers in the round. The multipliers add rather than multiply: two x3 Wilds make x6, a x5 and a x3 make x8. There’s a bonus buy at 36x your stake where the casino allows it, which means a RM1 stake costs RM36 per buy; treat each buy as one big bet, and check your bonus terms, because many exclude bonus buys.
Golden Empire goes the other way on volatility: up to 32,400 ways, Golden Frame symbols that turn into Wilds and survive up to four cascades, and a free-spins multiplier with no cap, at a slightly lower 96.5% RTP and a 2,000x max win.
RTP: 97% on most JILI slots, but check the info screen
JILI doesn’t print the RTP on its public game pages. The 97% figure for Super Ace, Money Coming, Fortune Gems, Boxing King and the rest comes from the big slot databases and from casino lobbies that print it on the tile: GOD55’s Malaysian JILI lobby shows an RTP on every game (Super Ace carried 97.5% on its tile when we visited). That’s good news, and it’s also the catch: casinos choose which version of a game to run, and the only number that counts is the one in the game’s info screen in real-money mode.

Worked example: the same RM100 on two versions
You sit down with RM100 and spin RM0.50 a time on Fortune Gems 3, re-spinning wins, until you’ve put RM2,000 through the game.
- On the 97.13% version: expected cost = RM2,000 × 2.87% = RM57.40. On average you’d still hold about RM42.60 of your RM100.
- On the 94.45% version: expected cost = RM2,000 × 5.55% = RM111.00. On average the RM100 is gone before you reach RM2,000 of spins.
Same game, same features, nearly double the cost. The check takes ten seconds: open the game, tap the info or menu icon, find the RTP line, and if it shows the lower figure, pick another JILI title (Super Ace or Money Coming at 97%) or another casino. Two more JILI-specific notes: no RTP is published for Fortune Gems’ Extra Bet mode or Money Coming’s higher bet levels, so don’t assume the pricier mode returns more; and a rebate softens the edge a little, which is why JILI regulars care about the rates in our rebates and VIP guide.
JILI’s other half: the fishing games
The studio that made Super Ace also makes most of the fishing games (tembak ikan) in the same lobbies: Jackpot Fishing, Mega Fishing, Royal Fishing, Dinosaur Tycoon, Boom Legend, Happy Fishing, Dragon Fortune and All-star Fishing. The crossover matters for your bonus and rebate maths, because casinos treat the two differently:
- BK8 pays its 0.5% instant rebate on slots and fishing, and its 100% welcome’s slots version includes fishing.
- GOD55 pays its instant rebate on slots but not on fishing, and says fishing doesn’t count towards most of its bonuses.
- Maxim88’s 288% counts slots and fishing (JILI included; only PlayAce, Mega888 and 918Kiss are out).
- AW8 Pro’s 140% starter counts slots and fishing.

Demo first, then real money: your first JILI session
JILI has no public demo site we can embed, which is why our slot reviews describe the features in plain words. You can still try before you deposit: Megapari’s review notes that most of its 188 studios offer a free demo mode, and slot databases host demos of titles like Fortune Gems 3. Demo credit tells you how often cascades chain or how the multiplier reel feels; it doesn’t tell you the RTP version your casino runs, which is why step 5 below happens in real-money mode.
- Pick a casino that carries JILI (table in the next section) and whose bonus, if you want one, counts JILI.
- Register and verify your phone and email, in your own name, before the first deposit.
- Top up a small amount by Touch ’n Go or DuitNow. At transfer-wallet casinos (GOD55, Maxim88, BK8) move the credit into the slots wallet, choosing the promo code here or skipping it.
- Try the demo, if the lobby offers one, for five minutes on the game you want.
- Open the real-money game and read the info screen: RTP line, paytable, any bet-level unlocks (Money Coming) or Extra Bet switch (Fortune Gems).
- Set your stake from your budget: RM100 ÷ 200 spins = RM0.50, and leave Extra Bet off until you know the game.
- Turn off auto-spin for the first fifty spins so you see the features land, then decide.
- Claim your rebate at the end of the session and move winnings back to the main wallet.
What a bonus turnover looks like in JILI spins
Bonus turnover is counted in ringgit bet, so translate it into spins at RM0.50 before you claim:

The last column is the bonus’s real price on a 97% JILI slot (turnover × 3%). A RM100 bonus that costs RM75 of expected play to clear is a fair trade if you’d spin that much anyway; GOD55’s RM255 bonus costs more than it’s worth in expectation, so it’s a long-session purchase, not free money.
