What's the minimum Touch 'n Go deposit?

Can I withdraw to Touch 'n Go?

In our reviews, no. TnG deposits are paid out by bank transfer to an account in your own name, so register with the same name as your bank account.

How long does a TnG deposit take?

MD88 lists 1–3 minutes for e-wallet deposits via OK2Pay and FPay, and UWIN33 says deposits take 3–5 minutes. If it's slow, send the transaction reference number to live chat.

My TnG deposit hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Keep the receipt or transaction reference number from the TnG eWallet app, then contact the casino's live chat. MD88 asks for this proof, and UWIN33 suggests uploading the slip to speed things up.

Are there fees for Touch 'n Go deposits?

How to deposit with Touch ’n Go

The cashier looks a little different at each casino, but the steps are almost the same:

Log in and open Deposit (or Wallet on your phone).
Choose Touch ’n Go. At some casinos, TnG sits under the name of a payment gateway. MD88’s banking page, for example, lists TnG via OK2Pay (RM10–RM20,000) and FPay (RM10–RM500).

In all our reviews, Touch ’n Go is used for deposits only. Winnings are paid out by bank transfer to an account in your name. Three things for a smooth WD:

Common TnG deposit problems and how to fix them

Credit slow to arrive. Send the transaction reference number or a screenshot of the payment to live chat. MD88 asks for this proof, and UWIN33 suggests uploading the slip so the credit lands faster.
Amount over the gateway limit. At MD88, FPay only accepts RM10–RM500 per transaction. For bigger amounts, use OK2Pay (up to RM20,000) or switch to DuitNow.
Bonus not credited. Most bonuses must be claimed before you start playing. Maxim88’s welcome bonus is only for members who haven’t joined any promotion yet, so pick the bonus before your first deposit.
WD rejected. Check two things: your bank account name must match your casino account name, and the 1x turnover on your deposit must be done.
